TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS!!!

Omg guys I have been running every morning for like the past week and half and it has been so nice. I feel like since being in "quarantine" for about 6 weeks now , and having the week of rain, the earth has been immensely healing and outside is so clear and beautiful. I digress but since its been really hot I try to go in the morning after my daughter wakes up and gets ready for the day. Today we went after doing school work instead which was about an hour later so it was hotter but it was kind of nice. I was like "this can be her P.E time lol and I was able to sweat more and those who know me know that I love to sweat lol.... I feel like it so cleansing and resets and wakes up the body. It has also given me the time to browse my music selection and listen to some really good throw backs. Like the other day Mario came on "Telling me I'm just a friend"... I mean c'mon......YAAAASSSS!!! But in all seriousness, I hope that everyone is taking advantage of this SUNSHINE. It's been really hot but if you get out early enough or even LATER at night and instead of going for a run you could walk or do whatever. While I was running today I was actually dancing too. I have been watching tWitch and Allison on Instagram Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays so I was jamming with them, running and enjoying the sunshine. And of course remember to BE SAFE AND WASH YOUR HANDS when you come back inside. If you feel like you need to wear a mask, I don't recommend running. DON'T PASS OUT.

Another thing that I have really been taking advantage of is BREATHING. I know it may sound silly but it has been so great for me as far calming down and snapping back. I literally burned a whole bundle of sage and palo santo sticks and a candle for literally an hour after I showered. I can't tell you how much more relaxed and chilled out I felt...almost like a high lol... and I was just deep breathing. It was so needed for me...Yesterday was a bit of a day and I just needed to stop pause and BREATHE. Ignore everyone and everything and become one with my breathe...It was amazing. I started to stretch and feel so in tuned with MYSELF and MY BODY. There was so much peace there and clarity. If you haven't tried it I recommend it....HIGHLY. I do it here and there every now and again but I never done it like that......it was just great.
